You can update your account information at any time by logging in and clicking “My Account” on the top right corner of the screen. You’ll also be able to access your points balance, order history and wishlist.

WAYS TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF YOUR GOLD PLATED JEWELRY
1. Remove your jewelry before you swim in chlorine or saltwater.
2. Remove your jewelry before participating in activities that will cause you to sweat a lot.
3. Wait to put on your jewelry until after you have applied lotion, makeup, or perfume.
4. Remove jewelry if you will be bringing it into contact with something hard. (For example, take off your ring before lifting weights.)
5. Store your plated jewelry where it won’t rub against other hard substances (a soft bag—one per piece of jewelry—is ideal).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the postal carrier has dropped them off. If the shipping status shows is delivered, but you haven't received the package, here is what we suggest:
-Check with your local post office with the tracking number, ask further details (who delivered the package and details of that day's delivery), postal services are used to these questions and will generally provide useful information.
-Check with your neighbors or look around the neighborhood to see if the package is leaved in a hidden location by postal carriers.
-Verified if the shipping address is correct or not. -If package still couldn't find, please contact the postal office to file a claim.
