  • Upon approval, you can choose a replacement item from our store, and we will ship it to you promptly.
  • As a bonus for choosing an exchange, we offer you 20% bonus store credit, which can be used on your next purchase.

Returns:

  • We accept returns on all products with original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Lost returned items can not be refunded so we suggest you use a tracking service.
  • The return policy applies to both US and international customers.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team, who will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

Conditions for Exchange and Return:

  • The 14-day window for exchanges and returns begins from the date of delivery.
  • Items that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.

Free Exchanges and Returns for US Customers:

  • We are pleased to offer free exchanges and returns for customers within the United States.
  • The shipping costs associated with the exchange or return will be covered by us.
  • Please follow the provided instructions to generate a free shipping label for your return or exchange.

Exclusion for Customers Outside the United States:

  • At this time, we regret to inform you that exchanges are not available for customers outside the United States.
  • However, international customers are still eligible for returns as per the above policy.
