Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within half an hour. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can click the 'Returns' button at the bottom left side of the home page. We’ll send you a (not prepaid) return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 *Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We have a intermediary warehouse in US for (only) return orders, thus will cause you less time to receive the refunds.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
